The question has not been answered. Please answer the question that pertains to EDA, ELF-RCs participation in the EDA congress, and the role it might play in a leadership capacity.

Will the ELF-RC abandon its position in the EDA after the party's congress next summer.

At that time ELF-RC is already gone. No  more ELF_RC. They have already told the Eritrean people they have decided to dissolve their organization. Therefore this question is irrelevant  at this time.

and I believe the formaly-formed party and its memberes are to decide weither their party is going to be a member of the "EDA", if the EDA is needed to exist by then.

If They know that ELF-RC was going to be dissolved. Then why did they participate EDA's "conference" in Addis Abbeba? It is very hard to believe that the organization is dissolved, It would make much more sense if the commission declared that the political party will guide the organization. By the way it is not new ELF had a political party (Labor party)

aarag,
Yes, you are right. But it wasn't people's party. It was a secret party. I am not sure where the connection is, but the party that we are debating about now is a new in all aspects: it is public, it seeks input and participation of Eritrean people, it is directed to uproot/defeat the dictator and install democratic rule/constitutional government, it is taking place after we obtained our independence, it embraces multiparty system ...etc.There are a lot of variables in here; they are not the same.

By the way, there was also a secret party in EPLF. This should give some clue.
